For those of us with kids, in Australia, it's the last weekend before school goes back! We have been doing cosmic kids yoga for years, there are loads of episodes, all different themes, both my kids love it! I also find it gives me time to do yoga, or work, or have a hot cup of tea and finish it!
The thing I love about adult yoga is that it really takes care of you physically and spiritually... It's very hard to think about anything else while doing it, it's that wonderful feeling of closing completely present...
