Isn't the concept in the following passage one of the most simple ideas you ever heard? Be silence, get in touch with nature, be around positive people, play, read... When it's put like that, it sounds soooo simple... Get me on a good day and it's all done, I love to read, I spend time in my garden Spring through Autumn, my people are the best... Get me on a bad day in winter, and nothing, a crazy day indoors with the kids, no time to read, no silence, no contact outside the home, this is why we go away every winter school holidays! Haha... Really though, every thing on that list feels so achievable, I know we all get busy and distracted, but try to keep in mind this simple path to keeping an open heart...
